Very Happy to Share my Experience as trainee. After Covid Its a opportunity to Have Offline Sessions which are very necessary as Officer has to relieve from duties and Concentrate on sessions. Accommodation and food are Good. One more visit to SAM agritech, interactive session with Resource persons are good. More of interactive sessions, brainstorming sessions, field trips are important for the trainees who need informal techniques.
