Innovative methodologies are good and informative. 

Next-generation extension models are good case studies should be added.

TELAGE is very good but giving any item of hands on experience is essential. 

Food  and hostel  accommodation is good But care should be taken for providing good or clean drinking water. 

Idea of planting fruit plants is very good

Yoga is very good  but familiarity of 4 to 5 postures continuously is good  for back home situation.

From learning about mobile apps, digital extension models, and e-governance initiatives, to understanding the importance of data-driven decision-making—this training has equipped us with practical knowledge that is highly relevant and timely.

The sessions were not only informative but also interactive, and the real-world case studies and field demonstrations helped us connect theory with practice. We are now more confident in using ICT tools to reach farmers faster, more efficiently, and in a more personalized manner.

I would like to sincerely thank the resource persons and organizers for their excellent coordination and for creating a space where we could learn, share, and grow. Special thanks to EEI Hyderabad for the warm hospitality, very good accomodation and food and well-structured training.

I am very greatful to be a part of the EEI, training program held from 22-26th july, 2025 as it was a very interactive session along with the upgradation of our existing knowledge. I am currently working as an Agricultural Officer in Dharmapuri District, Tamil Nadu. The training program has been extremely useful and insightful. The institutional visits that were arranged as part of the training were particularly beneficial in helping us understand innovative and practical approaches to marketing agricultural products.
All the teaching and non-teaching staff were very friendly, supportive, and informative throughout the training. Their guidance made the learning experience even more effective.
I am especially interested in applying some of the new techniques I learned—such as creating Google Sites and blog posting—in my workplace to improve communication, outreach, and knowledge sharing among farmers and stakeholders.

Scheme implemented by State & GOI scheme were discussed. Apart from that the role of gender budgeting were discussed. Visit to IFFCO State Marketing office & Centre for Sustainable Agriculture running by FPOs explained their way of marketing strategies. As some topics are theoretical we cannot expect them to do practical class. Among all Prof Satish Kumar, Prof Satyanarayana, Prof Narsimha Prof K Padmaja were best and met our expectations. Food and accompdation is better can be improved in lodging (hostel A needs renovation), provide a bag so that it will be of a memory to us and install a electricity operated shoe polish machine at hostel.

The role of CRIDA in climate change & practical visit to see real simulation is unforgettable.

The exposure visit to INCOSIS is highly useful for a person like me from Cauvery delta where we are facing several low pressure & unusual rainfall every year.

Thery classes on Emerging climate challenges were highly useful.

I feel proud to get the second chance to attend training in EEI Hyderabad. 

The class handled by Dr Ramana Rao, on Engineering interventions in combatting ill effects of climatic changes  was the very best experience sharing class which invlved the whole sessio lively.

Dr Shreesha handled Gender budgetting nicely.

The outdoor visit to CRIDA opened the knowledge gate on the influence of temperature and co2 on plant productivity. The subject was well explained by Dr Arun Shankar.

Visit to INCOIS is a lifetime immemorable happening. Dr Srinivasa Rao explained remote sensing through satellites and their immense use excellently.

Course was coordinated by Dr Praveen friendly and cardialy.

The training on Climate change in Agriculture is the need of the hour as everyone one is witnessing impact of the climate change i.e increasing temperature and unexpected floods. This 5 days training is useful to me and learnt many new things and knowledge on climate change.  Take home message for me  is not to waste water and electricity in home and  go for electric bike or car in future for transportation so as to reduce  emissions of GHGs.

As an agri graduate,  I will desseminate the climate resilient strategies learnt in this training programme  to my fellow officials and to farmers.

EEI, hyderabad is doing a great work in imparting  training to the Extension officials. The conduction of the training programme is very organized and the faculties are friendly in nature.  The visit to INCOIS is a great choice, where we learnt the importance of ocean in climate change mitigation and its services to the nation. It is good to know the research works, ongoing in CRIDA are aligned with the evolving climate changes. The Boarding and Lodging facilities were fine. Yoga sessions are like an extra bonus. I think, more number of sessions in diverisfied topics relevant to the title may be included in future.

1. Recent climate changes due to various green house gases and other environmental factors 
2. Important Technologies to tackle climate changes like Aternate wetting and drying in paddy crop, ITKs knowledge for seed storage, Carbon credit 
3. Very useful vists to institutes namely CRIDA and INCOIS to learn about changing climate patterns in dryland Agriculture and coastal systems vulnerability and advance fishing area prediction to farmers by using satellites

The sessions provided a comprehensive overview of the impacts of climate change on agriculture, including changing weather patterns, crop vulnerabilities and the socio economic implications for farmers.

Sessions on resilience strategies such as climate-smart agriculture, crop diversification and water management were practically oriented. Carbon Trade, a new concept learned in this training.The field visits of CRIDA and iNCOIS added practical exposure to Research work related to development of climate resilient varieties and ocean weather forecasting and information dissemination respectively.

Overall, this training helps to understand and address climate change challenges in agriculture.

The program was good. I am a Veterinarian. I got a lot of new information regarding the marketing , different markets, different sites and different views about the agriculture and allied markets.

Eventhough the topics were good some topics like map and all that was a little difficult for me to grasp . At the same time todays class on livestock was more relatable for me. this some cases were done by us like pashudhan , which i got some more learning about it.

In my personal opinion there should be a topic involving the market study in for the products with branding of the products and helping the farmers in improving the value for their products.

I think it would be beneficial in concentrating the structures including the products-raw materials, end products, its present marketing strategy using value addition , price value improvement, branding , area of more saleability, etc . this if done by the sector specific it will be of more importance and effective.

Apart from that , it would be some more effective to involve some faculty based in Agri business management -Eg.IIMA.

This is a suggestion only .

The five day training programme which was perceived in the beginning as a very long time went off so quickly. The course coordinator was involved 100%  and that made us active as well. All the speakers were well experienced and knowledgable and mastered in online training methods that made us wide awake even in the mid noon  .Each and every training method was dealt very carefully and in detailed manner that made us understand the clear cut differences of the methods which we can very well implement in our respective fields and make us real master trainers, Thanks to the Director, Course coordinator, all the speakers and the entire team.

My name is Mohammed Sajeer, and I am a Fisheries Extension Officer with the Fisheries Department of Kerala. It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of this enriching 5-day online training programme on Training Methods for Master Trainers & Facilitators, organized by EEI, Hyderabad.

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team at EEI for delivering such an impactful and well-organized training programme. The content, structure, and delivery methods have been highly engaging and thought-provoking.

Over the past five days, I have gained valuable insights that I am eager to apply in my role as a trainer. The sessions have been well-rounded, addressing both the theory and practical aspects of training and facilitati

It was a wonderful 5 day training program. Some of the topics like Fish bowl technique, Pedagogical techniques, transactional analysis, simulation techniques were new to me. Other topics even if I knew had so much new perspectives to it. It was very enlightening 5 days and will make use of various techniques in forthcoming trainings I conduct.
