Innovative Training Methods for Master Trainers and Facilitators

My name is Mohammed Sajeer, and I am a Fisheries Extension Officer with the Fisheries Department of Kerala. It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of this enriching 5-day online training programme on Training Methods for Master Trainers & Facilitators, organized by EEI, Hyderabad.

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team at EEI for delivering such an impactful and well-organized training programme. The content, structure, and delivery methods have been highly engaging and thought-provoking.

Overall, I believe that this programme has significantly enriched my skill set as a trainer. I feel more confident in my ability to design, facilitate, and assess training programmes effectively. The knowledge and techniques I have gained will not only help me in my current role but will also benefit the stakeholders I train, especially in the fisheries sector.
