Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation for Impact Assessment

On the onset of this training session the ice breaking done at in and out campus gives  a sense of confidence on me.Then till now we have attended 5 classes and all are useful in implementation of Govt schemes at ground level.Personally i have enjoyed the planning, monitoring and evaluation for impact assessment using GIS.This training program ll develop a new personality in govt servents to serve more for the farming community.
