Planning,Monitoring and Evaluation of Evaluation for Impact Assesment.

This programme is very much usefull for field levels.Ice breaking session was very good. More session should be added like that in post lunch session. Some lectures are very interesting which will help in filed level. More practical and field visit should be added in the programme.
