Women empowerment towards sustainable development goals in agri and allied sectors- 30 May to 3 June, 2023

The training experience was an absolute delight and surpassed our expectations beyond measure. The breadth and depth of knowledge I gained left me absolutely awe-inspired, and We owe a great deal of gratitude to our exceptional coordinator \Dr.Preethi Madam\ for making this possible.

I had the pleasure of attending this training session at EEI Hyderabad, that was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a professional environment conducive to learning was made by Preethi madam with her ice breaking sessions. The training was well-designed and covered a wide range of topics relevant to women empowerment and attaining sustainable development goals through our field of work. I was amazed at how vast the curriculum was prepared in EEI and how comprehensive the resources provided were.

The training was led by a fantastic and knowledgeable coordinator \Dr. Preethi Madam\, who was not only an expert in her field but also an excellent teacher. She had the ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in a way that was easy to understand with the experimental stories and case studies conducted across the globe. The way she explained about \how gender analysis is important for understanding what the real beneficiaries are needed in our country\ is unforgettable and more interesting. Furthermore, she made herself available to answer questions, provide clarification, and offer additional guidance when needed, and way more engaging with quiz and cross words at the end of the session.
The hands-on approach and interactive sessions allowed us to put what we learned into practice and gain practical expertise. The opportunity to work with my fellow trainees provided me with new insights and perspectives, as we shared experiences and discussed issues. It was amazing how we were able to collaborate and learn from each other. Overall, my experience with the training was outstanding, and I truly believe that it has helped me become a better professional. I am grateful for the knowledge, skills, and experience gained from the training that will undoubtedly impact the work I do in the future. The fellow trainees were very friendly and we all together planted two mango trees in the EEI campus on 3rd June 2023 in advance to environmental day. It was a fantastic investment in my career. Hospitality and accommodation was awesome and I would highly recommend it to others.
